Someone posted this on my Facebook page, and I clicked on it, and it brought me to YuoTube (that's how they spelled it). I'M SCARED.

I would guess that's not the link at all, but only the link text (1159219484 is not a valid domain, and your posted link doesn't do anything for me). Right-click the text (from where you got it originally) and chose "copy link", "copy link address", or "copy shortcut" (or something similar, depending on your web browser). Then paste that in a new post here and we can take a look.
By the way, nothing's gonna happen from copying the link.

It looks pretty sinister so im not gonna click on it. If you've got an anti virus run it and if you dont there are a bunch of free ones like avg.

Well, there is no domain registered at 69.24.73.28. That in itself rings alarm bells.
Yup, it tries to infect you alright, the video is probably harmless (that's a function of Flash, it can get access to your webcam if you have one and allow it to), but my antivirus threw up red flags on something.

I was an idiot and downloaded AND RAN the setup program it told me to. I just changed my Facebook password just in case, and I'm running a full Norton 360 scan. CHRIST, I AM STUPID!

You might want to change your Facebook password. Like, now. Unless they've somehow managed to make it send them any new password you happen to make.
On second thought, complete that scan first. If it turns up empty, either whatever they did to your local machine is undetectable at this time, or it only affected your Facebook account.

Seriously?

Good idea, change it again after the scan is done.

Is Norton 360 reliable for this kind of thing? I've never done something so stupid before.
You mean this?

I wouldnt worry to much about it. I used to do stuff like that all the time and nothing bad has really happened.

OH FUCK. OH FUCK FUCK FUCK. WILL SYSTEM RESTORE FIX THIS?
As a rule, never download and install .exe files you don't want and didn't ask for, especially not if it's to "make the damn box go away".
