Someone posted this on my Facebook page, and I clicked on it, and it brought me to YuoTube (that's how they spelled it). I'M SCARED.

I didn't see that as an option, so I closed out of the box and now I can't find that data.

Grab your Windows disc, backup all important (personal, not system) files and then reinstall.
Save games, photos, music... Get it all on some backup disk.
What? No Windows disc? Doesn't matter. If you've got a valid license, then download it. It's legal as long as you get the correct channel (probably retail or OEM) and you have a valid serial (if there's a sticker on the back of your machine, you've got an OEM license, if you have a manual or a box, you have a retail license).
You might want to give your backups a final hosing down with an Antivirus that isn't Norton or Avast (AVG Free is your best friend here).
Then reinstall Windows. If you paid for Norton, demand a refund and then don't use it ever again. You really should be using AVG Free as your antivirus, and paid if you can really afford it, even if it's just for losing the nags.
To be totally safe, you should completely format the disk. Do not do an in-place upgrade (which in Vista and 7 is to have your current install moved to Windows.old).

I assume that you have done a "full" scan (I don't know the English name - it is set to standard by default). There is an option to see the report after the scan is finished. You can also start an "on-boot" scan.
I still recommend trying Malwarebytes.
If all else fails - there is HijackThis - Combofix combination (but you will need someone to "read" the log).

Err yes, yes you are. Thats a bad bad cheese! An on-boot or safe mode scan with the maximum level of detection is your best bet. Also running the windows file protection app would be a good move to ensure no system critical files have been compromised. From the run dialogue, enter: sfc /scannow

Oh, please, please, please, don't use System Restore to try to remove a virus! That's the first place they hide after infecting your system! I always disable it.

I would also recommend either an Avast/Comodo combo or simply Comodo as a replacement to Norton 360. And as much as you'd hate doing it, I'd also suggest you fully reformat your PC just to be on the safe side.
The only other alternative would be to unplug the affected PC from the Internet until such a time that you can have an expert look at it -- there are plenty of forums out there where such experts will provide help for free, but it could take several days for them to fully help you.
If you have a second PC with internet access, use that one for now until you get the suspect PC checked out.

The new version isn't offered through the update checker yet. You can get it manually from the download page; note that this will require you to uninstall v3 first whereas the version available through the checker will be able to upgrade an existing installation. If you want to upgrade manually but keep your settings you can export them first via Miscellaneous>Manage My Configurations (the one currently in use is marked as "Active").

Some of the malware out there these days can be pretty sophisticated. For example, if what you got infected with installed itself as a hypervisor then you're simply not going to be able to detect it from the infected computer. While up to a couple years ago trying to isolate and remove malware infections was a reasonable practice, these days it's typically faster to just backup any personal files then nuke the drive from orbit and reinstall everything.

My experience with AV and AS programs is that each one is detecting something different :P. the fact that the ones you are using don't detect anything unfortunately doesn't mean anything.

Shit. So far, I've run Norton, Avast, Spybot, and Ad Aware. What should I do next?

What symptoms do you have now?

I suggested MalwareBytes twice already. And as I said - there is always Hijackthis/Combofix - but this should be a last resort.
Edit: but if nothing sees anything, and you don't notice any suspicious behaviour on your system, then you may actually not be infected. Or you may have a rootkit :P.
