For not being able to download the game?
I've always had trouble with gog and downloading games but it tends to work out because it seems to go through not being able to connect to their servers to downloading at an ok speed which was often enough for old small games.

Having bought dragon commander though I literaly cannot download it,the max i've got to is 3 gb and then it stopped and I had to restart(it also broke the gog downloader and now it crashes everytime).

I understand that the policies clearly state that they don't give refunds if you try to download the game but I can't even get to a point where I can play it and will probably have to resort to a torrent to be able to play the game I bought.

Edit:If someone could close this thread I would apreciate it since I don't feel like there's realy anything left to say, thanks everyone for trying to help,if you are wondering it started working out of nowhere at a decent speed and i'm hoping it manages to complete the download before it stops again,I'm sure there's an issue I just have no idea what it is but it seems to come and go and my frustrations just got to me when I created this thread since it wasn't the first time this happened.

Try this: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/dragon_commander/post44
Yelling "I want a refund!!!111" is a solution to any problem, isn't it. <.<
Tried it,still doesn't work,I don't get an actual error, the download just doesn't start.

Have you contacted support about your download issue? Replied to or PM'd a blue text?

Try without the downloader, maybe that'll work.

Yes I have, the download doesn't start either way, this is currently happening to all my games,i'm starting to think it might be an isp problem but I hate calling my isp because all they do is come to my house and change all the damn cables and pretend they fixed something.
Weirdly enough it's only on gog that this happens.

Guess i'll have to contact my isp,i'll give it some time to see if it ends up working,if not i'll just torrent the game, bought it anyway.Feel free to close this thread.

Try deleting your cookies or use the different browser, that might help.
Just tried it on another computer and it doesn't work either, changing browsers does nothing, turning off anything that could cause problems also does nothing.

Maybe you can't download GOGs because of your ISP? You should call them.

Could definitely be a browser issue, for a long while GOG did not work with Firefox for me.

Actually she/he asked pretty politely, don't you think?

Try downloading it someplace else, at your friends/family home, or maybe even at work. Since the game is DRM-Free you can either burn a DVD or use a large USB Stick to get the installer to your PC at home.

If you do want to go down the refund route, GOG have to be able to verify that you haven't successfully downloaded the game. I'm not sure, given that you managed to get 3GB of it, whether GOG are still able to ascertain that. Even then, they are not obliged to provide refunds, they just often do.

Personally I think it would be nice if GOG could provide some kind of FTP download service, as there was another chap who was having trouble getting his games through, and I tried downloading them for him, and setting that up on my FTP site, which worked fine. Unfortunately I can't do that for everyone having troubles or I'll max out my bandwidth. FTP does seem to be a lot better at error checking and resumption though than whatever GOG are using for their file transfer.
