I can't gift games (paypal takes money, gog ignores). I can't log support requests (hangs). Can someone try logging a support request saying please contact wpegg as he can't contact you, and report if it works?

Figures, the one time I want to submit a support ticket due to Shogo being broken and it hangs.

I'm just bumping this so that people in different timezones who missed it are aware that gifting is currently broken in a really bad way.

Hopefully it will also get noticed by someone at GOG who will realise that they are taking money off people and not delivering the product. This is very bad, if they're lucky it's just that their email server is down, and they can bounce it and let it flush the queue.

support tickets now seem to be working. So hopefully there'll be able to confirm that emails are being sent again, and then gifting will work.

I think you can not really lose gifted game here? Even if there is no email you still have gift code.
