Interplay loses the rights to sell the game after December 31st 2013. So unless Bethesda comes to an agreement with GOG by then, the games will have to be taken down.
Thanks to the way GOG.com Operates however, all people who've made a purchase will still have the ability to download and play the game should it be taken down.

Good thing I have all 3 already. Though I am gonna miss seeing Fallout on the rpg section.

Also mabye this could benefit us customers, if Bethesda decides to sell fallout 1+2+tactics under their name here in gog then mabye, just mabye, the can sell Elder Scrolls here. (at least Arena Daggerfall and Morrowind) and of course Fallout 3 and new vegas.

Yeah, they're gonna go ... And I've yet to get Fallout Tactics. I always remember about it AFTER I have no money left :/

Same here.

I don't have any of them here. I have a retail two pack that has Fallout 1 and 2 in it and don't have Tactics anywhere.

Come on GOG and get Interplay to agree to a promo before time runs out.
Put it on the X-mas list. Ought to be on discount round that time of year.
Bethesda doesn't have anything on GOG, do they? This is a shame, they seem fond of Steamworks.

Hopefully GOG discounts the Fallout series before the license lapses; currently they are 33% off to complete a bundle if you buy all three (or add the remaining games after buying partial series).

That's why, at QuakeCon, I'm hoping they did some song and dance, greased some wheels with ZeniMax.
Bethesda don't seem like the most likely addition to GOG.

But I doubt GOG is gonna give up on Fallout here, they will ask Bethesda to release it here under the Bethesda name and if Bethesda is selling Fallout 1 and 2 and Tactics under their name in GOG then mabye they can sell Elder Scrolls here at last.

Zenimax didn't take down Arx Fatalis when they acquired Arkane. Perhaps Fallout will stick around as well.
Any other games that used to be on GOG but are now hidden?

The difference is that Arkane is developer and producer of Arx Fatalis, it left things easy. However, it is going to be more complicated with Fallouts

But considering that Bethesda is a ZeniMax media subsidiary...
