Hi everyone:
I was thinking that there are some games that could run on iPhone and iPod Touch like the ones based on ScummVM.
¿Have you thought about the possibility of distributong them legally via app store, or some other way to purchase them here and be able to play them both on PC and iPod?
I would love to have some adventures on my Pod without having to hack it.
Greetings, I'm really enjoying GOG and plan to keep buying some classics :)
Great idea and work.

I tried to argue a similar case for console support here. As the issues are relatively similar, the first post might contain some answers for you.
Well I went to the ScummVM site and found this thread. I hope it helps somewhat.

Yeah, I know about it, it's just that I would like to have it legally, you know, without having to jailbreak the Pod :)

Who says anything about jailbreaking? Or is the Iphone one of those hardware devices that locks out homebrew? Sorry, I don't own one and I don't really know much about it.

You bet :(
Homebrew is totally banned from iPods, you have to "liberate" the OS to make it run.

After all, it was Apple who put the I in IP ;-p
Seriously, that's one of the major reasons why I stay away from iAnything.
It would be cool to see GoG strike a deal with Apple to sell games from here on the store. Unfortunately, it's very unlikely, and even if they managed to do it, the games would cost more than 5.99, because Apple would get part of the earnings.
What would be really awesome is if GoG did something with the PSP or DS, but both of those companies have the same sort of water-tight security that we all hate (Seriously. I have one of those red bundle PSP slims, and it's impossible to crack into it). Unfortunately, I don't see this trend of locking handheld devices stopping anytime soon.
iGimmick devices irritate me but more power to GOG if they wanna supply this.

ihate the iphone.
well, not really the iphone, just people who are smug over it. relax dudes, it's a phone. if I wanted to combine all my devices into one, I would.
my ideal phone is a camera with a phone added in. as opposed to a phone with a camera added.
