I recently got That Game Company, the creators of flOw and Flower, to give me an interview about their approach to creating games.
It's pretty short, but I think it's quite interesting. It concentrates mainly on the artistic side of their games.

I played some Flower on a friend's PS3 and loved it. Wish they made games for the PC.
