Hey, I didn't know they can get a wi-fi signal to update that site from their cardboard box.

aluinie: Black isle is dead the original guys who made the games are long gone they should just have set up a new studio name.
Well, even the video has Chris Taylor and Mark O'Green, I kinda feel bad for them honestly.
The project's a joke obviously. The constant bleeping of Fallout was pretty funny though.
Well. That was depressing.
I think the funniest thing is that it's the same codename as the failed Fallout MMO...
What the hell!? Is it April 1st or is my calendar all messed up?

I'd make a joking comparison to Duke Nukem Forever, but that ship has sailed...

Cleidophoros: They want my money to make a prototype for a game that may or not be released so that I may or may not buy it again if/when it's out? Good grief...
Good grief indeed. Hervé has a lot of nerve to pull off a stunt like this. He's either completely delusional, or he thinks we're all idiotic enough to fall for it. Then I see that people have given as much as $150 for this scam...
And whats even more funny is that there is ALREADY a game about a post apocalyptic rebuilding whatever, its called forsaken fortress, its even got a kickstarter, which you can Google!
I don't understand....

....if this is Interplay, then why do they need 'donations'? None of this makes sense to me...
Which is personally funny to me, for giving money to Black Isle you get... access to their forums! What a reward...!

Because Interplay is a walking corpse. They need money to eat it, they don't produce anything.

This is what you get GOG staff for giving Interplay all those preferential big sales, you were keeping them alive for just a few more months. Holy shit as if Herve Caen business practices weren't obvious when he forced Brian Fargo and half of the company out, sold the Fallout license to Bethesda, and then proceed to systematically run the company into the ground.

I doubt that this shit is even LEGAL, Interplay have nothing and they will make nothing, every cent of this "crowdfunding" is going into Herve's pocket and no game will ever be made.

Seriously GOG ought to start having a look at your relationship with Interplay, they are now resorting to scamming on the back of the name/logo of the long dead Black Isle Studio.

Oh, I'm sure it's perfectly legal; it's just not ethical. At any rate this is little more than just another glorified Kickstarter scam.

As much as it may anger us, kicking Interplay off of GOG is most definitely not the answer.

I want iply to die already, this is humiliating to the name of Black Isle.

Holy shit it's a strange world when I have to say this, but I would prefer if EA purchased all iply's properties.

I wonder how many people paid them thinking that they will get a game when it's done like on Kickstarter...
