2nd week in a row I own all the promos. I'm not complaining though i've got plenty of games to be getting on with.

mufujifi: I already bought Giants, so yay! I'm living on an EXTREMELY tight budget till I get my paycheck but between MDK 1 and 2, which would anyone of you recommend and why?

I'd say go with MDK 1. It's the first game, so you obviously won't miss the background story, and it's also easier to get into.
I already have all those! Aren't a good little GOGer.
i'm gonna buy Giants: Citizen Kabuto i've just play a demo and it look so cool! can't wait to play it
I already had all 3 on CD. So naturally I bought them from gog today anyway!
Hey, there's something to be said for an XP-compatible, DRM-free version. :D

I suppose it was about time I finally bought this game despite my username being Kabuto.
I think that has more to do with the fact that while these deals are great, I personally prefer having a disc box and manual in my hands. But for $4.19, I had to buy it.
Unlike these veterans I now have a whopping 2 games! This and Duke Nukem 3D
Bought the Giants game. Hellz yeah

These games look fun. I've heard of them before but never got a chance to play them.
Thanks GoG.
I bought Giants, I never played it, so that's my opportunity to finally see what's that thing all about, and when I learned that Jemery Soule composed the soundtrack I just had to get it, at least if I don't really like the game I will have the soundtrack. I already owned (and love) MDK2, but I never played the original MDK, what's the general consensus on that one? I really liked MDK2, the humor, the graphics, the music, the levels, the challenge... it was all there, but what about the first one? I should have played it back in the days when I had my PSX, but I eventually sold it (the PSX), got myself a Dreamcast and got MDK2 later.

Consensus is MDK is superior. Different developer/creator.

MDK1 is a bunch of rubbish. Nice graphics, but not very engaging gameplay.
