Shitting astrochrist, I knew there was something I forgot to take with me today! I had even made ready a towel to take with me to work! Bah, that's what I get for sleeping only two hours.

Doh! I forgot, I forgot!
And I was even holding a towel right before going to work. If only I had "remembered" to bring it to work instead of putting it in the dryer I wouldn't be sitting here with with fits of panic attacks.

I just came back from the gym. My towel's currently in the washing machine. Does that make me a bad person?

Well it's your own fault you forgot your towel, now you can't do all the awesome stuff you could do with it.
Actually, a nice, fluffy white towel will suffice - I have that one!

I'm at home, and have a load of ready-to-use towels on a shelf in the wardrobe... is that good enough?

I have this big-ass Fruit By The Foot beach towel I intend to use later.

I have held a towel today, but I then carelessly discarded it.

Did the towel panic?

I sat inside all day revising for my final exam in Parallel Computing. There was a towel in the same room though - does that count? Actually, I did observe towel day properly last year. For those who don't know: Towel day is celebrated in memory of the world's greatest author, Douglas Adams, two weeks after the anniversary of his death.

Adams' passing was the worst tragedy to happen in 2001... that other famous event of the same year gets second place at best.
