I bought the IndieGala bundle, but I'll admit I paid a pittance for it. I was worried that it was a scam or that the transaction wouldn't go through. After receiving my email and unlocking the games with no problems, I realized I was being scroogey. Suddenly my heart grew three sizes that day, and I decided to buy a second bundle at a much higher price.

Of course, that leaves me with some extra codes for games I already have, which is a recipe for a giveaway! I'll give away one or two games, one at a time over the next five days, and all you have to do is answer the question of the day and I'll random.org the winner. Feel free to enter every for every single game, or just the one you want the most.

If you're curious about any of the games and want to look them up before entering, I wrote some first impressions on my tiny crummy writing blog project. I swear that this isn't intended to be blatant self promotion, just a way to give my opinions on the games I'm raffling off to those who haven't heard of them before. Hopefully it helps.

Note: To anyone concerned, and despite the official decision of the SteamGifts admins, the Gala people are ok with giving away codes (according to their twitter) because there is no direct download available. The bundle only include Steam codes so there's no chance of me giving out a second copy I didn't pay for. It's all on the up and up.

Well, I don't know if it's quite my favorite game soundtrack... but it's definitely up there:

SaGa Frontier

Example: Disc 1 of the soundtrack

EDIT: Fixed link, sorry 'bout that. And thanks to PenutBrittle for doing this! :D

PenutBrittle: inMomentum

The Gala edition of this comes with the OST. So to keep things nice and thematic, post your favourite video game soundtrack of all time to be entered!
*blinks*

Wait a sec. My version of the game didn't have an OST... wait, did they add this later?

Edit: Oh, they did. We can get the link by using the key resender.

It was added later, but if you use the key resending tool the email they send will have the link to the OST.
I'm not entering the contest for today, but I've always thought the music in Final Fantasy 2e/4j for SNES was great. The music of Wolf3D and Doom I/II are among the first to inspire me to start writing music, also. Bobby Prince has written some great stuff.

This actually reminds me that I like Faye Wong's Eyes on Me for Final Fantasy VIII, even though I did not play the game.

Not entering the contest, but +1 for PenutBrittle.
How silly of me to forget to thank PenutBrittle for the giveaway. Thanks so much!
Definitely Advent Rising. I'm a nut for epic choruses and this one had several. I played the game though and some of the songs are wasted in it.

And of course... the main theme, which is very calm and solemn.

Only a few hours to go, with only two entries. Competition is fierce!

I'm going to go grab something to eat and then flip a coin unless some other people are interested. So get entering, folks, if you want to try inMomentum out.

And don't worry, more giveaways to come in three hours or so.
I've already bought the bundle, so I won't join the giveaway. I would still like to say that my favourite game soundtracks are The Witcher & The Witcher 2 though!
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time!

I don't even know if I can pick a favourite tune. I literally love them all.
However, if you want to be dazzled, check out the Gerudo Valley theme.

Hey thanks for running this contest, very kind of you.

My favourite soundtrack is probably the one from Fire Emblem 7. Even though it's a GBA title the music is just fantastic and really makes me feel like i'm going to stop the evil that corrupts the lands. I especially love the song when you recruit new people 'Together We Ride' makes me so happy 'another Hero to join my epic quest!'.

The music for the entire series is just amazing, i mention 7 mainly because it is the first Fire Emblem game i ever played (due to being the first release in EU/America).
One of ost i liked was the metal gear solid ost.

Its one of the parts. i am not singleing out the whole series though. The games have good soundtracts in there own right.
Ok, I'm drawing a winner now. Stand by for a new contest and winner announcement.
And the Day 1 winner is... qazx!

Not sure if I'd like Hacker, but I'll put a comment in anyway.

Hacking consoles in Fallout 3 & New Vegas (haven't touched the originals much at all, so can't compare those). Yes, you can hack a system by bruteforcing it... over and over and over again so long as you cancel out when you're down to your last hack attempt. Oh, and let's not forget that any time you see particular open/close symbols on any given line, it'll eliminate one of the bad choices or replenish your hacking opportunities. (i.e.: <___>, [___], (___), {___}, etc)

Don't get me wrong, it's a fun minigame, but completely absurd as far as hacking is concerned, I think.
