Did anyone else never get their keys from pre-ordering? I've sent an email and talked to them in the steam group but still more than a week later and nothing from them. I know this will be the last time I trust them with a bundle.

That is strange, I sent them an email about not getting my pre-order key, and got a very swift reply. Include your paypal receipt code in your mail, and see if they are able to solve the issue for you.

I decided to try again in the steam chat and they were able to finally get the keys sent out to me. Apparently Paypal didn't send them the invoices for most of the pre-orders and my earlier email to them got lost in transit. Well it's been cleared up now. :)
