I think I bought the bundle just to own a game called "Scoregasm"!

FotW is more worth the recommended price alone. Hard as nails (at least for me) but very satisfying.

Edit: And boy, I sure had an scoregasm. Holy crap, that game gets you pumpin'!

If anyone could help me out getting this, I would glady send something from GreenManGaming or maybe other things.

PM me for details.
I was going to pass on this one (a really hard thing for me to do with indie game bundles!) but you guys ruined it by praising Ben There, Dan That and Time, Gentlemen, Please!

Looking forward to playing it someday.

xyem: What's the CD key for with Fate of the World? Is it just a serial for the installer?
If you click on redeem a window pops up and says "Enter this when playing the game".

Hmmm

"Online authentication was successful"

That's not good >.<
Bought it.

I wanted to pay 6.19 euro, but they didn't allow me, I had to pay 6 euro. Strange.

Anyway, NightSky and Socregasm look interesing, and Fate of the World looks very intersing (I don't like the "online authentication" part as mentioned above). Not sure about last two games, but I think this bundle is nice.

I was under the impression these were DRM free, guess not...

yeah, we need some lobbying here
Their FAQ says 'no DRM whatsoever' unless it requires Steam (which is mentioned under the game's title, if that's the case).
I've decided not to get this bundle.
I really love a bargain, but I really shouldn't buy games I'm probably not going to play.

Actually, it says,

"The majority of games will have no DRM whatsoever, and you'll be able to directly download the games as many times as you want. Some specific games will require that you use the Steam digital distribution platform - in these instances, it will simply say "Available on: Steam" underneath the game on the front page, and nothing more,"

which does not imply "no Steam => no DRM." However, the wording is definitely misleading if there really is DRM in some of the non-Steam games.

I read it. Look at it again. The only exception they mention is Steam. So the inference there can be nothing other than that they use no DRM other than the games that require Steam.

I agree with spindwon, and also agree that the wording can be misleading.

What they say is:
Most games won't have DRM
Some games will be Steam only (see Sanctum).

There isn't any implied correlation (the "unless" you used) between the two.
They never advertised the "DRM free" as the Humble Bundle.

But the way the FAQ is answered can make you think "no DRM unless Steam".
I'd like that they would be more explicit with the DRM on the frontpage.

Yes, but mentioning one exception does not mean that there are no other exceptions, unless that is explicitly stated.

Their statements are simply

a) Most games have no DRM.
b) Some games have Steam DRM.

Together, these two statements do not imply

c) All games that have DRM are Steam games.

To say a) + b) => c) is logically incorrect. It is easy to come to your conclusion, however, which is why I consider their wording misleading.
