LumberingTroll: I am sorry you guys seem to think you know what my exact plans are and continue to make wild speculation.
You've said in various comments now that 'you want the game to be on one platform' and that 'you want the game to be on Steam'. From this we can surmise that if you manage to get the game on Steam, you won't be releasing it anywhere else. We're only going by what you have said.
LumberingTroll: I will not be continuing this conversation as its taking more time to track this nonsense than it should and I would rather be working on the game. In the end I suppose you will just have to wait and see how I plan to release it. People have difference opinions, likes and dislikes, and not everyone can be pleased.
That doesn't change the fact that your stated intent is going back on your word. LumberingTroll: If anyone has any kind of constructive questions please feel free to ask. I will try to keep an eye on this thread but our official forums would be best as the rest of the team watches there as well.

Several people have refuted your claims that Steam isn't DRM, you really need to address that. http://www.KineticVoid.com/forum
If the game ends up being released without a proper DRM-free option I would like a refund please. You are in no way legally bound to refund me, as the money I gave you counted as a donation. However, I backed your project in good faith and would hope you would return some of that if you end up releasing the game on Steam only.
EDIT: Well it's looking up a bit now I've read your subsequent posts. Still, releasing on Steam only would be a broken promise.
