SimonG: The only thing I'm dearly missing is an "download all" button.
No doubt, that was annoying. Having to download and unpack all 17 albums individually. Oh well, at least I only had to do that once then I could store them on my personal server and never have to worry about it again. :)

I seriously considered looking for a torrent for all those soundtracks after seeing the download screen ;-)....

Foxhack: There are download limits, but you're getting regular MP3s, not DRMed crap like what's sold on iTunes and such.

Immoli: Wait iTunes still has DRM? I thought music in general was DRM free.
iTunes music is DRM free and has been for a couple of years now. Their videos still have it, though.

I didn't know the music was DRM free - I remember reading that you had to pay extra to get DRM free music for a while, though.

When they started doing DRM-free music, they charged something like 30 cents a track if you wanted to upgrade your already-purchased music to the new versions (not for buying new music, though). Other than that one-time thing, the prices seem to be pretty much the same as before.
UPDATE: I just checked again and I have 20 downloads for each album so they seem to increase over time.
Bumping this to let everyone know that the deal has been extended to Monday, just in case you missed it.
Yeah, now they do this. Wish I could edit the subject. :(

Ehh everyone will know that when you made the thread they had limited it to one day. I'm guessing they saw how successful it was and wanted to make it last. :)

sturryz: A download limit is a DRM regardless, so the bundle is a lie. anyway to reset the download limit?
FYI

Digital rights management (DRM) is a term for access control technologies that are used by hardware manufacturers, publishers, copyright holders and individuals to limit the use of digital content and devices. The term is used to describe any technology that inhibits uses of digital content that is not desired or intended by the content provider. The term does not generally refer to other forms of copy protection, which can be circumvented without modifying the file or device, such as serial numbers or keyfiles.

If you download the file, you can play it from any device without limit, there is no program or code in the file to prevent the use so you can be naked riding a dinosaurs in the far distant future with an alien confederation playing the songs backwards in a gay-friendly karaoke extravagant olympic race broadcasting to as many galaxies as you want you are still using the file legally.

thank you, get your vaccine
They've added a torrent download option so that should make the limited number of downloads irrelevant.
Also, now if you pay $10 or more you get FLAC versions of every album.
yay, now I get to click 17 more times for the flac versions !
DownThemAll downloads all the albums in one go without any problem.

They actually removed the counter, as far as I can tell. So unlimited downloads for everyone!

But they still could have added one torrent for all albums. To late for me anyway
