Sounds like everyone is getting on in the act eh? .Could either be a good or bad thing, depending how you look at it...
Indie Gala customer service, the final chapter...

From them:

For your information you are the only customer we refund for this reason.
More specifically you are the only customer who asked a refund for this reason.

We didn't notice it was checkout.
Sorry ( again ).

We issued you a complete refund 2 minutes ago.

We also expect you send us back your profile link with your unused keys so we can upload keys on the system again.
From me:

Thank you for issuing the refund.

The profile link and transaction ID has been at the end of every email going back and forth between us, since we've both used a standard email reply, quoting the previous email in full. Thus, it is also at the end of this one. If you need me to send you the link in some other way, just let me know.
So I finally got my refund. End of story.

Barefoot_Monkey: You make good points in your post, but please don't confuse despising Steam with not wanting to spend money on it. I believe most of the people perceived as "Steam haters" actually support Steam in principle to a degree, but find the arrangement uncomfortable for various reasons and prefer other options for themselves. Think of us as "exclusivity haters" :D
Sorry, I should have worded this better. I didn't intend to classify anyone as a Steam hater. On the contrary, I just wanted to say that I do understand why people take issue with Steam (in particular with Steam-only releases).
Got updated email from indiegala subscription list:
"Hi!

Have you purchased indiegala? Well because next week you will unlock new bonus content in your profile if your bundle is at least a Big saver one!

You have not yet purchased indiegala?
What are you waiting for? Run on www.indiegala.com and buy it!

Also, you can unlock the Big saver bundle or the Epic gala bundle, if you have already purchased the carebear!
Simply make a new transaction with the same email and pay the difference!

The more money you will spend on your purchase, the more galapoints you will get!
And you could use the galapoints in all future indiegala promotions for discounts, bonuses and much more!

The IndieGala is a deal you can't beat! With An epic bundle of 11 Great Games ( all Steam-redeemable ), and 7 magic music albums ! ( FLAC and mp3 )
You'll also have also the opportunity to donate to SaveTheChildren and the Child's Play Charity

Here you can watch a detailed review of all the games you can find in it!

But hurry! Bundles available are only 50,000 and every hour that passes they become less and less!

Currently the price for getting the whole packet is $9.85 and rising so hurry up and don't miss the opportunity!

Awesome, another announcement of an announcement.....
I think I've spend all I can spend, I can spends no more.

On this, anyway. Galapoints... really? Just sell me games, not bloody gimmicks.
They added Hacker Evolution for everyone, and an album, "The Gala Selection", by some guy called Ulrich Schnauss.

And they STILL haven't said anything about these galapoints.

So it looks like any potential points will not be applicable to this bundle. To me it seems like it can easily become a mess tracking the points over bundles, not sure how this is going to be implemented.

I did see that. It's just marketing mumbo jumbo. No real answers.
The album Good Luck by Robot Science has just been added to the bundle, in case anyone cares.
They added the Android game Fruit Blitz to the bundle even though it's not visible on the main page yet.

Heh, I don't have a phone with any kind of OS. Oh well... :P
They've still got 29,330 bundles available and it looks like they're getting a little desperate for sales, so there's bound to be even more goodies added in the near future.
Not really. They added bonuses all the time in first indie gala.

There's nothing to increase the sales. Such bundles make most profit on first days.
