Actually, all of the IFK bundles have been pretty long. I remember one going on for more than a month, I think.

Stalin vs Martians is one of those games that looks like it would be a lot more entertaining than it actually is. It is mainly just frustrating, due to broken controls and level design. You are better off watching the trailers on youtube, in particular the awesome/ful music videos.

Ah, well, guess I'll stick to Destroy All Humans then (yeah, yeah, not the same genre, but the same theme).

I'm actually looking for a boxed retail copy because of the bonus stuff it supposedly included.

And they were supposed to be fixing the game, but they kinda vanished again. :(

Stability depends on how much you fiddle with graphics options and speedhacks.
Never tried with the drive.

I was able to play MGS3 on it with a little lag, but overall, it worked. That was a few years ago though. I imagine it's reliable now.

And yes, you should simply be able to pop the disc in, provided you have the emulator, the BIOS, etc. It worked that way with PS1 emulators and such.

Licurg: I played Hellforces and it's not a bad game. They ripped a little too much on big franchises like Half-Life, but other than that, it's a good game. That Entente game and Hard Truck: Apocalypse look decent too.
This puts some (maybe unwanted?) context on his recommendations to buy Sacrifice.

AFnord: I think you two might "enjoy" The Stalin Subway. It is one of those funny-bad games. So flawed that it becomes entertaining, yet not so crippled that it becomes unplayable. The asking price of €15 on GG is about 10€ too high though
Yeah, i actually do know about Stalin Subway. I have either the first one or the second one(Red Veil or something like that) on my BD account, i'm not sure which one, but i still haven't played it.

Wasn't that game removed from all digital stores because of how terrible it was? If i recall correctly, it wasn't a bad game, it was a totally broken and unplayable game, which is beyond what i'm willing to forgive. I can accept bad games, but i just can't stand broken ones.
