Elmofongo: Will there ever be a good Lord of the Rings RPG in the same vain as how Dungeons and Dragons got theirs.

D&D got Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Planescape, Neverwinter Nights, Temple of Elemetal Evil.

When will Tolkien's World get those kind of RPGs?
Your word (post) in (RPG) Gods' ear!!
I'd really LOVE such a game.

...Huh?
Someone actually started a thread in the Torchlight forum about how much they hated the control scheme. I accidentally got into a fight with the guy while trying to be a smartass. My first error was assuming everyone loves Diablo as much as myself and it all went downhill from there.
I'm lost too. What's Torchlight got to do with it?

I think it has to do with this:

http://www.gog.com/forum/general/runic_games_now_forbids_360_game_pad_for_torchlight_2
Action RPG != MOBA.

Navagon: Oh great. Another forum bug. I'm seeing carnival73's post as the first in the thread. Obviously it's not supposed to be the first, what with the total lack of context and everything.
I'm having this bug too. And another even more puzzling one as well: there seems to be a green circle with a plus sign on your post while everyone else have their posts look completely normal???
Who needs game pad support for a click-fest game. Destroying a $10 mouse versus destroying a $50 game pad with all the clicking. We are PC Gamers not some console critters.

Overhead action RPG like Diablo and Sacred 2.

I've totally passed up Van Helsing, Demon Hunters and one or two more over the past year because I've grown completely bored, and have gained a hunch in my back, with mindless left click games.

You can try to say this is different from TL2 and TL2 different from Diablo 2, Sacred, etc but they're all overhead action RPGs.

Fictionvision: A $20 game releasing with $90 worth of day 1 DLC?
I think I'll gently place that in my "get fucked" drawer.
Je suis une baguette.

Well, I know that was a question, but I pretty much meant this :D

Oui, nous savons.
