Well, i was wondering when i should do the loyalty missions, i heard you should wait till you have like least 50% paragon or renegade, same goes for the dlc chars mission like kasumi.
So when should i do them?

I did them as soon as I was able to. I didn't notice any ill effects.

If you have 50/50 split, many options may be unavailable to you, regardless of game point.
Out of curiosity, why ask here and not on BSN?

Its true that that completing some loyality mission will start conversation where you will need either a high paragon or high renegade score.
So yeah you should do them later. But there are only 2 such conversations after completing a certain pair of loyality missions.
And you should certainly do all available missions before a certain story mission.

Also when do you think i should do them? so commented on the points system and i meant
Like your half way paragon and didn't reach the max
right now i am 25% paragon and 5% renegade
should i wait till my paragon or renegade score is higher?

I know of one instance where alignment really matters: Samara's loyalty mission. If you're not committed enough to one path the decision at the end will be made for you, although odds are it won't bother you.
