Yeah, I'm seriously thinking about it. The reason for this is elitism. It's not a big revelation that most of the PC crowd(GOG excluded) is one of the most toxic,elitist,immature communities in gaming. Always trying to find reasons to bash consoles and trying to show that all others gaming plataforms suck except the PC and believing that they are part of a so called "Master Race".
I don't want to be part of that, I hate elitism and I do not tolerate this happening in my favourite hobby. Thinking about it,gaming is not some hobby for me,it's my lifestyle.
So yeah, I'm going to stick to my 360 for indefinite time, but I'll still participate in both here in the forum and in the Blood Bowl league because I just like the site and the people here that much.
Also,if you want to say "I don't give a fuck" or stuff like that,well,I'm not wasting my time and bandwidth responding to you. I just felt that I needed to get this off my chest.

Go right ahead, most big games are published on everything they can find so you won't be missing a lot.
And to be honest, console gaming is pretty neat.
No annoying driver issues, no if-you-have-graphics-card-X-you're-fucked, no twiddling with weird settings to even get it to work. Plug 'n play (for the most part) can be a relaxing experience.

I usually ignore 99% of stuff that's posted on forums and most other places (and mainly lurk). I really wouldn't let a few (or a lot from your perspective) bad apples from spoiling your enjoyment of PC gaming.

Well, I love my PC and don't consider myself among the few that considers themselves Elitist or part of some Master Race. I wouldn't let what others do online keep you from enjoying gaming as much as you do :D

Sounds like you've been hanging out in some of the wrong places online. Not that that's your fault, or anything, but it can wear a person down.

I like PC gaming. I don't really care about consoles; I don't own any, and it's not likely I ever will. I like the PC precisely because it's one machine for work and play. But that's just me, you know?

Pretty slim pickings on the 360 now tbh, only game left that I'm interested in (Sacriligium) wont be out til xmas, so you might be firing up the old PC again sooner than you think :)

Sometimes the elitism talk is pretty annoying, yes.

Other times people are just being honest. I can't deal with sub-720p aliasing. I just can't. Kind of wish I could, honestly.

In the end some people are jerks, some aren't, some people are occasionally jerks but not usually and on down the line. Your choices should be about YOUR desires, nothing else. Ignore the idiots on both sides. Console focused forums certainly have their fair share of idiots.

Well there are "passionate" members in every platform of gaming. I wouldn't listen to the extremist so much on a platform you enjoy. You might want to hold up on giving up on PC gaming simply because console companies themselves have a history of screwing the consumer over; a far worse issue to deal with then forum riff raff. I myself have been a victim of mismanagement with the dlc and system failure on the 360. Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy the system and haven't tossed it out of a multi storied building or set it on fire or gave it a beat down ala "Office Space" style, but it might be awhile before I buy another Microsoft system.
