Navagon: That's worse than English public transport? Seems about the same to me. As in: massive and inexcusable waste of public money. Just look at the damn trains.
At least you still have a train system.. Over a billion pounds was spent trying to get the edinburgh tram system up and running and they still fucking failed.

I would have ABSOLUTELY NO moral qualms about shooting the whole fucking lot of them through their goddamned heads, they should be in prison for willful misappropriation of public funds.

England has Eric Pickles... all he does is fuck stuff up when he stops for 10 seconds between eating.

But yeah the trams... so many loopholes in that contract, the consortium "building" the trams can just keep stopping and demanding more cash or fine the council for breaching the contract. Whoever ok'd that contract needs shot.

QC: What's the legal age to drink in Mexico? I learned from my ex a few months ago that in Canada you can legally drink at 14 under supervision, 16 without it if you aren't in public, 18 in public.

You've got to love how we do it down our neck of the woods though. In Germany, you can get laid when you're 14, drink beer until you spew when you're 16, but not play most FPS games until you're 18, although you're allowed to shoot off firearms at the age of 14 (under parental supervision of course).

Minimum legal age for smoking until recently was 16, then they raised it to 18.

And for the guy above me:
In Germany, you can get laid whenever you want. Only until you get 14 you can't have anyone of at least 14 years. And when you're 14 he/she can only be between 14 and 18. Oh, and you can't make pictures or videos of it unless you're both 18. This includes consensual photos of her, even if she's 17 and they are only for your private use.
