I think we had an argument as well but it didn't get out of hand and was fairly civil but this is what the forum is all about not everyone will agree on everything otherwise we would all just be sheep instead of people. ;)

Congrats. I looked forward to being relieved of my previous position and dared one of my assistant managers to fire me. In the end, my other assistant managers helped me get better employment for the summer and upcoming school year. Sometimes, the present keeps us from our future.

Like Commander Flashheart, I too would recommend keeping your eyes open to other available positions just in case something goes wrong on the employer's part.
