Hmmm..

I'm inclined to say The Witcher, because it is definitely ONE of the best games I have ever played by far.. but that's a bit biased seeing as how I finished it yesterday.. I probably enjoyed the first mass effect just as much as it along with Ocarina of time and many more..

There is so many "best games" it's hard to decide

Several come to mind, but I would have to say Final Fantasy XIII. I enjoyed everything about the game, and... And, well, that about sums it up.

Define "Best"? As in gameplay wise? Broad appeal? Personal fun had?

If it's personal fun had causing most time spent playing, then I might have to go with Trackmania. Been eternity since I last played it, but I've spent ages playing the game, having fun with it while giving my music collection a replay in the background.
