jfelsman: Did Robob have a good enough reason?
ma5terbob? I left it up to Sachys, but TBH bob's reason seems a bit lacking. Not as lacking as "I really really really want it" though. I was just trying to help the guy out.

Either way, it's not up to me ;)

Haha I was just wondering. I think mine is too painful. I was just hoping to get some people involved by letting them have a copy and add something of their own to the game.

spoderman: I'll add Another World STEAM gift to the giveaway.
Good gift!

I'm busy playing 2 new games I got, so I won't enter this time(Rogue Legacy, and Shadowrun Returns), though it was very tempting. Each time I see Another World, it reminds me of the game Flashback. The graphics/movent of the sprites on snes blew me away. It looked so real for the time! I played it a lot and I think I ended up beating it, which was rare for me back then. It sure did get hard too. Anyway, I hope whoever ends up with it enjoys it a ton!

Sachys decides who gets it.
I want the game because I haven't played it since I was little. I used to have it on diskette (from the same newstand collection where I got Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and Leisure Suit Larry 1 VGA, actually), but, as they went the day of the dodo, I lost them. AND I NEVER DID GET TO FINISH IT, DAMMIT. Maybe now that I actually know what I'm doing I would fare better!
I'll be adding another game to this giveaway, a Steam key for Mutant Mudds.

For this game, you have to convince me.

Minimum of 50 rep is required.

Added to the OP along with momos. Will be passing judgement on your Another World Offering later!

jfelsman: Since it's still in development - name a concept that fits in line with the style of mini game that it is.
You might add planetary disasters or other events that drastically increase or decrease demand for a particular good. If you could see some indication of an event before it happened (a cluster of pirates roaming the system, a jump in solar activity, an icy comet that may impact a planet, visible early volcanic activity) you could effectively gamble on the effects. Will solar activity increase the price of electronics or reduce the price of fuel? (Okay, so maybe I could have thought of a better example.)

I'm not in for the competition, thanks. I just thought your game looked curious. I like the the exaggerated appearance of various planets.

Thanks for the idea. It's actually in line with some thought's I had as well.

If you like you can still have a key that you can pass on if you wish.

Not exactly sure how this works but I would like to enter for Mutant Mudds if possible thanks for the chance!

The reason I would like it is due to it being a throwback to the SNES era in my eyes which was possibly my favorite preiod for games that ever was, ever since then I have been looking for games that were similar to the good old SNES ones and Mutant Mudds happens to be one of those games that have a nice old school charm to them so if I qualify I would love to give it a good home

Wow. Tough crowd!

How about:
• I love the aesthetic
• It has some of the best minimalist visual design in 2D games
• It is one of the classics.

If that isn't that enough for you, good grief man, what is? :-)

I just want that game! :-P

Sachys: Blimey - nice one spoder!
I would enjoy this game, as I played a similar one as a child that blew me away graphically (I believe by the same company) called Flashback. The ability to generate such realistically moving characters in such a relatively "low quality" platform by today's standards is still amazing. And despite that, it still has a prettiness about it that remains enjoyable today. Whenever I look online about Flashback, people reference "Another World" and how fantastic it is. It has a blend of puzzle and action, as well as difficulty that is hard to find nowadays. Should it be decided, I would enjoy trying a go at this classic game, and would definitely try it. Also, to verify, I will gladly be friends with the gift giver on steam so they can verify that I play the game. Either way, thanks for gifting to someone and giving back to this great community! :)

alright i give it a second try. first of all i love a game that not only puts you into a world, it allows you to experience it in such a different way, which i heard it had. another is the graphic look very unique, i love unique graphics. another is the gamplay, i never played a cinimatic platfomer i would like too, very much. hope i did a better explaining
After a couple of last minute turnarounds and some rather careful consideration, Spodermans offering of ANOTHER WORLD has been awarded to Braussie!

One of the more detailed and coherent requests / qualifying statements.

Still more games to go and another to be announced soon!
