Hello everyone,

I have this weird stuff going on at the moment, I bought SoTS - The Pit Pilgrim DLC about 3 hours ago and GoG website showed me an error page, but my bank website shows me the money went away, there's no email from GoG yet and then I tried this website: https://secure.gog.com/account/refresh/ from the support ticket page

And now I have this really weird anomaly going on my games shelf, the DLC came to the shelf, but no email and you can see the other issue I'm puzzled about (all the SoTS stuff was under 1 game cover before)

Can't answer your question as I've never bought stuff online, but Teen Agent is free?

it is a glitch, just send them a ticket, they will fix it.

FWIW I just bought Pilgrim DLC and all my SOTW: Pit core + DLC is still under one box on the game shelf.

Thanks for posting this. I encountered the "due to tech issues your purchase could not be verified" message when I bought it on the 28th and forgot to verify my online statement. It appears I still have two charges for the DLC. No biggie, I'm sure the blues can resolve it easily.

Go look at "My Games!" It should be there along with Tyrian and Beneath a Steel Sky (among others). :)

I had the same thing, then I sent an email to them and they fixed it while I was sleeping, so it was a win-win situation
