MrWilli: Agreed.

On Singeplayer: It was really unsteampunk for me and played out like some crappy half assed movie.

On multiplater: It is better than ME3 mutliplayer since Syndicate's multiplayer is quite difficult if you don't work as a team. Also you can easily customize your character in all sorts of different ways.
I would worry if it was steampunk, it's a cyberpunk game. :P

Also, I actually managed to beat the first multiplayer level by myself first time I played. It just took a lot of retries.

Eh typo.

I actually tried that mysel. Nearly did it but got cocky.

TinyHowie: ...The singleplay is rather short... the multiplay is the true jewel of this game...

Falci: ...Multiplayer is great ...
...The singleplayer is nice, though a bit too generic and much like a B movie...

I'm sick of this trend that the singleplayer campaign of a game is often just a cheap excuse compared to the multiplayer part.

I have been saying this so many times the last years that I'm starting to sound like a broken record and is getting close to an internet hate campaign. :(

Where I have to sign up? :)

Ah, the good old days of games like Deus Ex, with its long campaign, his character customization options, its several different endings...

Well I meant that people will get so tired of me saying it that they'll try to chase me off the net. :P

Yeah. Deus Ex is a good example of a satisfying single player experience.

Sorry, I'd misunderstood the meaning of the phrase. I thought you meant a campaign against cheap singleplayer. Have a nice day!

Don't misunderstand me, that is what I'm hoping for. The reality is that a backlash is much more likely I'm afraid.

But you go ahead and start one. Maybe you have better luck than me. :)
Can anyone verify whether or not the multi-player is active on the PC side of things? I would like to get this game and give the co-op a run, but I hate playing FPS games with a gamepad (even though I know it's active on consoles).
