Rhystic_One: Metal Gear Solid Touch is Metal Gear Solid only by name: the only thing this game and the series have in common it's the name and the characters.
Almak: I agree. Did that stop me from enjoying it? No. Would MGS work on the iPhone in the form in which its presented on the consoles/PC? Highly doubtful. Was it a good move to release it on the iPhone in the first place? We'll see. I'm not so found of the whole idea of releasing half of the game at a later date at all (free or not).
Zellio2009: I have SImcity. It's AWESOME. Just like Simcity 3000, and the controls are easy to use for touchscreen.
If you are a fan of simcity you will LOVE IT.-
Yeah big fan of 3000 here. All though I do like it and plan to come back to it I just dont see it as a game for "bite sized" play. You have to concentrate on everything you do in order not to fuck up your spending to income ratio and that is just not something I see myself doing on a train at 7AM. At home in a quiet environment though, different story all together.
Byte sized gaming doesn't have to mean the train at 7am. Esp. when you have the internet... For me it's a gps for car+music player, a way to check and see if salmonella is in any foods while at a grocery store, games while waiting for a doctor or pretty much anything.
Besides, sim city for iphone isn't as tough as simcity 4 for pc. Simcity for me has always been easy, put the residential areas near the coastlines, the commercial areas behind them, and all the industrial areas at the far back of the map+coal power stations.
