I have 89 games to give away and I need ideas on how to do it, properly. They are a mixture of codes for Steam, Desura, GamersGate, Origin, GoG, etc.

The best idea gets to pick a game (maybe 2) from the list ;)
I will accept ideas until Sunday Night (9/22)

Oh yeah, the list of games is here - http://games.dragonsys.org/2013/09/17/games-up-for-grabs/

All trades considered

That's quite the list Dragonsys. Have you considered doing something like a weekly giveaway? Could even give a couple each time; but, with that many I wouldn't recommend trying to put them all in a single giveaway.
Maybe you can get an inspiration from this thread - https://secure.gog.com/forum/general/how_does_one_make_a_gift_aka_gifting_on_gog_for_dummies
Heh....for a moment I thought you said you had EIGHTY NINE games to give away :D

Oh wait, you did say that!

As for how to give them away, I'd do it bit by bit rather than all at once to save yourself an administrative headache. I think BlueKronos' idea of doing a weekly giveaway would be a good way forward. My favourite giveaways are those that require some personal input, like posting a like or a dislike or something about where you live etc, because these foster community and let us all learn a bit more about each other
Yeah, I highly doubt I will do it all in 1 big go, that would be a nightmare

Yes including some question, topic, like or dislike, picture caption and such are always fun conversation starters.
hmmm maybe a screenshot from the game, guess the game name and you get it...

That could work, but with the many gaming experts we have here, you might want to do a random drawing from those who guessed correctly since there is likely to be more than one.

There are some sites which you can do a reverse image search, best bet is to alter them or make a screenshot yourself.

How about you just go ahead and give me Jagged Alliance 2-Wildfire (GOG) and Commandos 3, and we can forget this embarrassing thread ever happened?

PS: I'm just kidding by the way

PPS: Maybe I'm not........ :)
Just few ideas
Make
1.art competition.
2.A riddle
3.ask people to write interesting story
4.ask participants share some sort of their culture
5.Get people to link most interesting youtube video

That's a fair lot of games, it should be fun giving all those away:)

I'm a fan of gaming nostalgia stories, maybe have people write a short paragraph talking about a favorite memory they have playing an old game from their childhood.

Another thought given that this is gog.com, maybe have people list one or a couple of the more obscure games they own and if they liked them or not.

Or there is always the "pick a number from 1-100".
Ok, you all had good ideas, and i will probably takes bits form them all :)

So true to my original post, please pick a game from the list, which you want or want to give to someone, and message it to me.

Thanks for playing :)
Not in but try promoting some less-known games on the wishlist. Space Dude could always use a few extra votes *hint*
