I probably will, but it will take a while to hear back. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one with this problem. No, I haven't used the Galaxy alpha client.

894 Games, Wow, virtual salute 8). I'm sure you get all your games back a.s.a.p. My 'wimpy collection' only totals around 200 games.

The refresh function produces some funny results. For starters, I always get the GOGbear and the amount of games I end up having becomes completely random. Seems like GOG made (yet) another mess of the account system. By the way, sorting by purchase date doesn't work and for some extra lulz, almost all my games are tagged as new. Sigh...

Hello and welcome to GOG, Barry_Woodward! The best option for getting help is to write directly to support. Click "Contact us" at the bottom of the page, pick "website questions" and then "game not visible on list/shelf" from the drop-down menu.

GOG support is usually speedy, but this time of the year they may be swamped with requests, so make sure you choose the correct category so that the request would be correctly prioritized. Here's hoping for a speedy resolution. Best wishes!

Did you look behind your shelf? I tend to drop a few down the back of mine every now and again. :D

While we're on the issue of the game shelf, I've been unable to manually rearrange my games for over a year. What gives?

UPDATE: Even though I haven't refreshed my account since creating this topic, I've still somehow lost 143 more games. I only have seven now. See attached screenshot below...

Several days ago I had only 50 of 95 games on my shelf, and the number at the top of the shelf read 50, too. I tinkered for a few minutes, and the games reappeared. I don't remember specifically what I did. I think I chose to reorder the games by name rather than purchase date. That didn't immediately fix the problem, but reloading the page moments later did.

I assumed that the 50 games were my more recent purchases, as I remember all the free gog games were missing. I didn't check this carefully, though.

I now have 755 games on my shelf, a vast improvement from seven, but I'm still missing 139. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

I confess, I did it. Just trying to complete my collection of GOG games that disappeared before I could get them. I would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for that pesky Firek going behind the scenes and restoring them. Now how am I going to play Space Rangers, Second Sight, or Guilty Gear? :)
