It's kinda a game portal thingy, like most "big" F2P mmo publishers have, but you buy the base games and each one has got "consumer friendly" mod tools for people to make their own content and instead of a cash shop / hat shop they will be selling tokens that you use to buy your way into tournaments.

looks kinda good in my eyes, I had no Idea about the racing games despite knowing about the ShootMania game, this inda gives now meaning to "Sandbox" ...

*edit* ok this looks pretty fucking cool ...

Is he actually making a presentation in Paint?
I think it was on a touch screen and he was drawing on it like a black board (but with his finger)

How you knew about Shootmania without knowing about Trackmania is beyond me. Trackmania is an old series. Sadly, Trackmania: Canyon is not nearly as good as Trackmania United was. Axing the Stadium environment has to be one of the worst decisions ever for a followup to a popular game.
Pay not attention to racing games, do I.

*shrug* I'd heard the name before, but I did not put the "mania" bits together until I read the article from RPS and smacked my head on the desk a few sentences in.

I was thinking that ShootMania was some smaller indie title.

Nor I, usually. Trackmania is different, however. I highly recommend trying out Trackmania Nations Forever, which is free, and an excellent game. This is coming from someone else who doesn't normally like racing games, by the way. Give it a whirl, it's loads of fun.
