My brother accidentaly this night has left the gate opened (it's an electric gate and if you pass in front of it it reopen itself), and my two dogs ran way.
I spent the whole morning, from 6 a-m until now, searching for them, I already denunced the fact to authority, is there any hope they can find the road home alone?
They are intelligent and smart, and I really love them, I took them from a doghouse on January 23, 2012 and they are two puppies :(
I'm really sad
I'm sure they'll turn up eventually. Just keep calm, put a few "have you seen these two dogs" posters up, contact the local or regional dog shelter and let them know you're looking for a certain pair of dogs and keep on looking. Some pets take months to find, but usually they are found or return themselves.
I'm very sorry to hear that, mate. Dogs are well known for returning home even across incredible distances. I sure hope they'll find their way home eventually.

Fingers crossed. I hope they come back. My girlfriend's dog ran away and it showed up at my house several hours later. If you haven't already looked, maybe you should look at any places you have taken them to recently.

I hope they come back :(

I hope so, tomorrow I will phone to doghouse (well I phoned them now but maybe is closed because is sunday) and I will put some posters around :(
They will find there way home.

When we first got our pup we were out walking it, when she decided to run off. We were naturally quite worried because this was her
first
walk and there was thick snow on the ground. You will be relieved to know she turned up tail in the air some hours later wondering what all the fuss was about.

I spent the whole morning until 6 a.m searching for them in any place where they can be,but with no luck.
sorry .
I had two dogs run off once. Looked all over for them and couldn't find a trace of them anywhere and this was in California with lots of traffic and I obviously feared the worst. A couple days later they DID come home ... they had stayed together and apparently had a grand adventure ... BUT, I was way more careful that it would not happen again.
They came home and they were alright and they were happy.
Keep looking for them and calling their names ... Chances are they can and will Smell their way home. BUT I would leave that gate open for them for a couple of days ... You wouldn't want them come back and not be able to get in and wander off again ...
Good Luck and may the Doggy Angels look over them ...
Keep hope in your heart .............................
In all stories I know and experienced, they reappeared.

Good luck and don't give up searching and shouting.
If there is another dog that they've played with before, try calling up its owner and go searching again with them. If your dogs are anywhere nearby, the presence of their playmate might make them come back to you. Worked like a charm for my brother once, when his dog had suddenly decided that being chased all over the place by him was the greatest hoot ever.

Good luck finding the two...
Oh, i remember the horror i went through when my first dog dissapeared. Hopefully they'll get back home safe, dogs tend to do that. Hang in there! I'll keep 'em crossed just in case!;)
Well, I guess it depends. How old were they exactly? And what breed were they? Because if they're too young, or of a "dumber" race, they probably won't find their way back.
I have a habit of finding dogs that have done that kind f thing and returning them to their families.
So yes - there's hope!

They are bout one year old, the male is maybe 15 months, the female 13.
They aren't "race" dog, they are half-breed.
You hear lots of stories of dogs finding their way home from great distances, hopefully it will be the same for you.

I had 2 dogs kidnapped on seperate occasions, but luckily I got them back quickly.
