My plans are (for the time being because we all know about cunning plans and how they rarely work out to our favour) to work at the job for a while and try to find a school that teaches a trade, electrician or something of that nature, and try to have my employer work with me on it. Failing finding a school that meets my requirements maybe I'll find something in IT.
