htown1980: I am fairly certain that if you live in AU, they have to sell you the AU version, whether they expressly state that they will or not. It doesn't matter if it is on sale.

Feel free to write to your local Member of Parliament if you don't like it. Alternatively, you can run for parliament yourself (there is an election coming up), possibly start a new policitcal party that focuses on changing Australia's restrictive censorship laws.
You are aware that AU is Gold on the periodic table right? :D

At least it's as easy as replacing a couple of files... I remember waaaaay back in the day when Duke Nukem 3D was originally launched here... had to hex edit the exe file (then mum brought back an uncensored copy from the US :P)

Worst case scenario, you only lost a few dollars. In the past, I've lost hundreds of euros, purchasing censored games with no English option...

Since when is talking about the periodic table of the elements a dereppable offense? Are there a lot of anti-chemist out there? :P

I lost a couple points for posting just one element, let's see what happens when I post this. :D

i still dont quite get why people didnt like the comment, i mean worst case you were trying to cheer someone up!

i could maybe understand if you hadn't commented before, but even then it wasnt insulting so i just dont get it?!
