Most "true" sports stories have factual holes that you could drive a truck through and are clearly made by people who never watch the game it is being made about (see Invincable or Rudy) but not Miracle.
The movie was good, but I was actually referring to the actual Olympic game. Though we still had to beat Finland for the Gold, beating USSR was the best victory.

I don't think I did. I saw the HBO special about it and countless ESPN bits about it; too many to name or remember. Of course every four years during the winter Olympics the networks beat you to death with Lake Placid stuff.
