Jeff Rosen only said "humble bundle". He did not mention indie at all.
Edit:
He DID say : "Don't worry, that is the polar opposite of what the humble bundle is about!". He did NOT say: "Don't worry, that is the poloar opposite of what the humble indie bundle is about!". No indie qualifier.
Edit2:
I should also note that the FB page description mentioning "cross-platform" also lacks any "indie" qualifier and specifically mentions books, movies and music which clearly means that is supposed to be ideal for Humble Bundle Inc and all their Humble Bundle's whether they are "indie" or not. But they have chosen to shit all over that ideal with very bad consequences for both cross-platform gaming and DRM free gaming. We may well have seen the last major publisher to sign onto GOG due to this.

I think the official name is Humble Bundle. They add words "indie" "android" "music" or anything in between, depending on a bundle itself.

it might be because at the time this was taken there was ONLY HiB? It was the only bundle they had... also Humble Store did not exist back then.Edit:

timppu: Yet, I don't see those "some people" going to the "DRM-free games on Steam" discussion to inform the author that the Steam games in his list are not really DRM-free because their multiplayer component might still require even online activation to a central authentication server while playing.
Pheace: Probably because there's generally no discussion about that. Pheace: Not to mention you normally talk to people on the level they are talking about. When calling the Steam games DRM free that's usually talking to people who as you mentioned above 'consider single player DRM free = DRM free'. There's no point in bringing up the CD-key thing in that situation because they are already holding GOG up as the standard they want and that part is already part of that standard.
As I said, double standards. If these people feel that is so important to not to refer to games as "DRM-free" even if they have a mere multiplayer CD-key (and still not requiring online authentication for the multiplayer, unlike the Steam games), they should hold to those standards everywhere. But, I guess they are just being flexible with their standards, whatever pushes their agenda the best.
Pheace: Anyway, I guess with this attempt at diverting the topic towards me and my posting habits this means you ran out of things to say on the original topic of THQ and GOG both having had their indiscretions?
If you didn't notice, that was a whole different branch of this discussion. However, on your earlier strawman argument:
So... GOG can have a slipup but Humble Bundle can't?"
I already replied with: It wouldn't be any different, if you are really suggesting that Humble Bundle (store) will fix the situation and re-release these THQ games DRM-free.
http://www.gog.com/forum/general/humble_thq_bundle_is_live/post479 I didn't really see you counter that anyway anymore, so I didn't feel like rubbing it into your face anymore. Let's get back to that if and when the Humble Bundle fixes their mistake(?) and releases the THQ bundle DRM-free.
And as said, your original argument was a strawman anyway, as if I had suggested that I don't think GOG has never made, or could never make, anything that might lower my respect for them.

sigh.
You know, life becomes a lot better when you have the realisation that there are no absolutes. Life is not a polarity of black and white, but made up of an unmeasurable amount of shades of grey. Life is change and adaptation. Things never stay the same, if they do they will become extinct. There will always be exceptions, and that is a good thing since no two situations (or people) are the same.
Anyway, I feel very mellow right now. Peace out.

What you just said is so diametrically opposed to everything I stand for as a person that feel the only thing I can say is bring you this quote I saw on the net: "Moderation, the only thing worth doing in moderation".
Edit:
To be 100% clear I am totally and utterly opposed to all "shades of grey" thinking.

I've heard the opposite. "Once you grow older, you become less and less radical, because you realise how the world actually works"
Black and white thinking works only in binary world ;P

You just said that moderation offends your sensibilities as a person to justify your anger towards a bundle of video games.
