Paid $1.15, $0.15 going to tip.
If the average drops to $2-$3, may contribute more for SR3 :)
Darksiders OST so far seems worth the money.
Edit: Hmm, it looks like it stores the average from the time of purchase, which means it'll remain 5.30 for me, so I will not be contributing more.

First got really excited, then I saw it requires Steam. Now I'm confused and pissed.
I've never bought a Steam game, but this makes me think if it might be worth 1$ (and giving it to charity), just so I can play Metro 2033 on a PC. I mean, I DO have a Steam account (to play Portal for free).
Now I have something to think about.

This wasn't really advertised as being "indie" or "DRM free" in the first place and the usual flow of "Humble Indie Bundles" isn't affected by this.
I'm not seeing much of a "con" here.
DRM-free downloads was one of the big selling points of previous Humble Bundles (and the Humble name in general), hence this is a big disappointment.

Simply epic for those who don't mind Steam. Wish they would get rid of the THQ account requirement for COH, though =(
Also, Saint's Row 3 has so many DLC, it's more economical to pay below average now and get it's complete pack on a Steam sale later, rather than buying only the DLC after this.

Horray for craptastic DRM! At least they let you rent your titles cheaply. WTF, Wolfire? Remember when Humble Bundle was one of the *good guys* in the fight against DRM?

I don't think it's a con at all. The deal is fantastic, the games are great, but some folks just don't do Steam.

Still, I don't suppose this is their new "official policy". I'm guessing the next bundle will be back to normal.
I know the next one will probably be DRM-free, but now I know they don't stick to their guns. It's as if GOG had released a game with DRM (and were upfront about it). Even if all subsequent releases were DRM-free, the trust would still be gone.

"If you’ve already purchased the bundle, you’ll find Avadon: The Black Fortress (tablets only), Canabalt, Cogs, Swords & Soldiers HD, and Zen Bound 2 now available on your download page! These five fantastic DRM-free games run great on Android, Mac, Windows, and Linux, and most come with soundtracks! Steam users can optionally redeem most of the games on Steam with a purchase of $1 or more, and Linux users can redeem most of the games in the Ubuntu Software Center!"
