Right, my DoW is the GOTY Edition, however I also have Winter Assault.

Once you have installed DoW base game at the top of you screen on library you have a dropdown where you can show just your installed games or show all games (includes non installed games in list but they are greyed out)

Look though your uninstalled games and Winter Assault should be there, just hit the install button and it activates the expansion and you play via a separate shortcut.

Very cool, a chance to see the roots of the Dawn of War franchise, i got Retribution and liked the few i've played of it.. Second best bundle i've seen from Humble Bundle close to the V, an upgrade to GOLD would be nice but meh, still a fine bonus addition.

Edit : so there IS Winter Assault and it is the GOTY not GOLD edition? Confusing!

Have you checked the date on Winter Assault.


Edit:

Oops, I misunderstood you. In the library there is only the GOTY listed.

Try launching the w40kwa.exe and see if that works better. My retail WA uses that filename.

You did say a few pages ago that whoever had the GOTY when they took it off Steam got an upgrade to the Gold Edition. Doesn't seem to be the case for the new buyers, though.

I only got here the Game of the Year in my library. No Winter Assault. (I assume you bought it at Steam Store and not on HTHQB?)

Oh, sweet, they added Dawn of War. That's one of those games I always vaguely interested in but never bothered getting. The problems people are having are pretty sucky though, hopefully it gets ironed out.

Is it foolish to still hope for Immortal Throne? I'm enjoying TQ so far, but I feel like I'm missing out on the stuff IT adds to the base game. :/

After installing the game you could try restarting the Steam client and then see if it is listed, worth a shot.
