Is the Baba Yetu track also new? I don't recall seeing it on my download page before.

Yes, I also remember it wasn't there before.
I just got the scrambled x DLC just before the sale started. I could BTA for a pretty decent price but all I'd get is Pirates. I know I was curious about it before but not sure if it's worth it just for that.

Thanks, good to know I was remembering correctly. Pretty nice that this track is offered in FLAC as well as MP3.

How disappointing. I was really hoping for Civ 1+2 :-(
Well, I'll pass. I am only interested in Civilization I (not in the bundle), IV (already got it on Steam) and Pirates but I won't pay the whole package just for Pirates. I'll probably get it on promo someday though.

I don't think Firaxis has rights to Meier's older games.

Well, it's 2K bundle, not Firaxis. :p

Firaxis is owned by Take Two Interactive ( 2K Games is the publishing division of Take Two ). Quite a few years ago, there was a special Civ collection ( Civilization Chronicles ) published by 2K. It had all the old Civ games So chances are that Firaxis has those, but Take Two ( their owner ) is unwilling to republish them for now.

Sim Golf and Alpha Centauri are at EA, some titles are at Tommo ( the old Pirates title, Covert Action, the original Colonization ). Railroad Tycoon is at Take Two Interactive, too. The less known titles, who knows?!
Ah, okay. I get it now.

Sachys: ARSES! Bought civ 4 complete just before christmas as well. ah well, a damn fine $1 bargain for everyone else though!
Can't you just gift that one? I think I have either Civ 3 or 4, but I'll probably buy the bundle because of Civ 5! :D

Do you want Pirates! now? Have a spare gift link.

Reever:
No, because by purchasing Civ 4 just before christmas, I got the last of the civ games I wanted - hence a case of "ARSES!" because I could have saved a fair whack and got the lot on a bundle i didnt think would ever exist. Such is life!
I was hoping the extra game(s) would unlock for all buyers if you bought in the first week. Similar to what they have done for other Humble Bundles before.

But I guess they are starting to offer the extras for BTA buyers only now...oh well, Pirates! would have been a nice addition.
