As said, for this low price I (and probably many others) would have bought even OnLive keys for them, even if I personally don't really wish to play streaming games.

(As it happens, there was an earlier OnLive promo where you could "buy" a selected few OnLive games for just one dollar, there was a big discussion here too so it seemed many felt it was also a great deal back then, getting streaming games for a very low price).

While I can appreciate EA for donating all the money to charity, I have to say that the god dammit Origin downloader is just horrible. I've tried to DL Sims 3 for a day and it just keeps jumping back from 80% to 70%. Talk about frustrating DL system. I've never had such issues with GOG or Steam.

Date Night is not the same thing as Late Night expansions.

Date Night is a pack of outfits that can be bought on TheSims 3 store or unlocked with a code. People who managed to get the bundle very early managed to do that.

Then HIB said they will sort out the problem, because they ran out of keys or something, and now it's gone completely. They even altered the FAQ pages so they no longer say anything about Date Night DLC.

Well, I've just redeemed the key and I've got the Late Night expansion (I already had Sims 3 vanilla, but for some reason, I now have it twice).

Edit: One says "Die Sims 3" and the other says "The Sims 3". Curious.

It was promised at the front page of HIB, it was in the FAQ, but they had some problems with it, so they deleted all info about it without a word.

It's not a big deal, because it's just extra pack of outfits for your sims, but it's not classy to "deal" with the issue like they did.

The Humble Bundle, EA, shady. Say it ain't so.

It's HIB's responsibility to inform people "Sorry, we couldn't sort this out" instead of just sweeping it under the rug.

Red Alert 3: Uprising is pretty mediocre... I really liked RA3, but the expansion was... meh.

I would hope so since I did buy when it was listed, and now it's gone. And EA wonders why they have a bad rap.

Same in my case. Actually right after I bought the game, the DLC was there, but it turned into the error message after I manage to redeem the base game on Origin.......and now......
It is really not big thing, but HIB is not handling it well.

For me it's not. For me Dead Space 2 should be called Dead Space 1,5. It's just new set of levels, 3 new types of enemies and 3 new weapons. Story was ok, but it didn't tell you anything new. I really loved DS1 and I was disappointed with DS2. Someone who didn't play DS1 might like it more, but I would play DS1 first anyway because it has better story.
