Nice, my tablet has been waiting for one of these to come around. Will have to see if the old Thrive can run 'em, but at this price it's worth the gamble. :)
So, are any of these games actually good? I know Carmageddon but I have doubts it's actually very playable on a touch only device.

How is Star Command? That one actually looks fun.
Does anyone know if the HB app does updates as well when they are released for the games? I imagine directly installing the APKs doesn't, since Android Market doesn't usually get a link that way.
I really like the Humble Bundles for Android. I already had Carmageddon for android as it was released for free on Google Play the first day it was made available. Of course, it is not nearly as playable as it is on a PC with a real controller, but performance on my Galaxy S2 and Nook HD+ was very good, smoother than it ever ran on my PC back in the day when it first came out.

I think the "debut" tag under Star Command and Time Surfer is accurate. They don't seem to be available on Google Play store, at least from what I can see... Punch Quest is highly rated on both Google Play and Amazon App Store. Ravensword seems to get a highly positive response when it works but apparently it is an ambitious game and has had its share of technical issues.

I didn't see anywhere on the page saying you have to BTA now to get anything added later, so in for a dollar even though I'm not interested in case something does show up next week.

It notifies you of updates and allows you to download them from the HB app. You will even get notifications like you do from Google Play.

I do not have an Android devise, but Bloons TD 5 is a very good TD game on iPhone and on PC. You can play the Flash version online many places, here is one link if you would like to try it - http://www.kongregate.com/games/Ninjakiwi/bloons-td-5?acomplete=bloon

The rest, i do not know much about.
Some fairly decent games. BTA doesn't look like it's worth it in my opinion, Ravensword: Shadowlands looks like your typical "epic" RPG that ends up being extremely bland and Carmageddon controls like a shopping cart with two stuck wheels on a touchscreen device.

Hey, that's slick! I'll give that a whirl then instead of going the APK route. Thanks for the info!
For what its worth Star Command was only just released for Android (the PC/Mac version is a debacle due to massive delays it was due end of 2013 and no sign of anything yet - devs have very poor communication to backers). 110.3MB.......
Android only, eh ? Not cool.
I guess I'll buy this Android bundle too, even though I'm starting to dislike this whole tablet (gaming) thing... as if I ever was the highest friend of tablets anyway, but this was the last nail to the coffin for me:

Fortunately Humble Bundle offers the Android games also as freely movable (DRM-free!) .apk installation files, so I guess I can just download them and keep them in the 32GB microSD card, which otherwise would go pretty much unused. But that option makes the Humble Bundle Android client, which checks for updates and stuff, pretty much useless. Oh well.

I've been waiting for Star Command to show up on Android. so this was an instant buy.

And I've also been keeping an eye out for price drop on Ravensword, because a portable Elder Scrolls clone with rideable dinosaurs can never be a bad thing. I got one of their other games (Aralon) a while back and it's fun, so hopefully this one should be even better.

011284mm: I was wondering if Ravensword Shadowland has a PC version? It looks okay from the video but nothing I have just looked up says of there is a PC version. I have had a quick look, but all Google returned was for android.

amok: I think it is still in development, and there is not much info on it yet.

The best I can offer is the Steam Greenlight page - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=139893849
They released an OS X version to the Mac App Store a while ago now.

I wouldn't mind grabbing it just for this to play on my Kindle Fire but I have a first gen one and I don't know if that is good enough to run the game or not. Last Android bundle I got one game, I think it was a Spiderweb game that required the Kindle HD to display properly. I looked at the Humble page but could not see anything there indicating any sort of system requirements. Maybe they all run on any Android device?

There's no carmageddon soundtrack, this is bullshit!
