Bought. Fortunately - I'm the kind of guy who WANTS to have a game called "Nancy the happy whore" (almost) no matter how bad it is ;P.

Looks interesting might pick it up i am a sucker for a good read although i might need to start buying game of throne books after i have started watching the 1st series.

Do it. The T.V. series is absolutely amazing but the books - as is almost always the case with any adaption - are even better.

Anyway, a big reader here myself so I'll also probably end up picking this up, especially seeing as my Kindle doesn't get enough use from me. Still will always prefer to have any book in my hands but e-books are particularly handy when travelling and I suppose I'll get some use out of these sooner or later.

Great price by the way. Not too often that you get to buy so many books for such a low price, especially with a graphic novel included. Reading sure is an expensive hobby.

HiB was basically the first bundle-seller. They gained publicity, they gained great sales because of being the first in the field and having actually quality games on offer.

Indie Royale gives often quality indies, because it's supported by Desura and has a different payment system.

Indie Gala became the life support for some games. If you have disappointing sales on other platforms, put it in the bundle.

Then there are a number of other bundles which just put out low quality "indie" games that wouldn't sell much either way. With some honorable exceptions.

I am all for supporting bundles like the Story Bundle or Game Music Bundle which actually try something different. Actually, HiB by making music bundles and ebook bundles can only boost the sales of those other ones, because when they make them someone somewhere on some forums is bound to mention other bundles like that.
Eg. I had no idea that the "story bundle" existed, now I might get it and support them :)

Bought. I actually needed some incentive to read, as I generally don't read much unless something specifically interests me. Now I'll make it a point to read these.

And I'm hoping there will be more Humble E-book Bundles in the future.

So I just started saving up for a kindle and this pops up, I'll take it as a sign and throw in a decent amount to have a good amount of stuff to read once I finally do get it.

Same here. Getting fifteen books for less than the price of one hardcover? Why, yes, please! I'll just throw them on my Kindle thanks to the handy Calibre. I certainly don't miss books weighing down my luggage while on travel. Also great for commuting. ;)

Yup, I'm a big fan of entertainment going all digital. So much content a quick browse away without any of the annoying clutter. :)

Edit: Oops. Didn't notice that both bundles actually offer the books in Kindle's MOBI format as well. Even better!

Ooh, Gaiman. I don't really like reading comics on computers though, and I only have an E-ink Kindle (i.e., the good kind but no color). And I just got a bunch of used books at a booksale. Has anyone read any of the other books in this pack? Any comments?

It's christian sci-fi, written far less 'christian' than most other works of christian fiction.. which is part of the reason he's currently self published, as traditional Christian publishing houses have retarded rules. >.>

This bundle prompted me into finally organizing my ebooks/pdf's. Organization wise Calibre seems to do pretty much everything i need and then some, the conversion tool is definitely a plus. What are you guys using as reader/organizer of your books collection (on your desktop) ?
