I think you need to create an EVE Online account, putting your CC details on it. But if you only bought the bundle, you are safe.
Thanks for the time and will to answer my question, but could someone else (with more experience on CCP) clarify and enlighten me on the subject?
It's just that today i leave for an isolated place and i won't be near PCs to have access to internet to prevent any Online BS from companies.

Thank goodness that ordeal is over. They really screwed up by having the best bundle (by an order of magnitude) on the first day. I'm just glad I won't have to visit hb and be disappointed yet again today.

Yes, I forgot Papers Please, Don't Starve and Gone Home.

I think at least Spelunky, Outlast, Amnesia, Don't Starve, Gone Home and Papers Please can be bundled, they were discounted at 75% off several times, Gone Home was also given for free at one point.

Since this is a rebundle, there is one key for each tier.
Edit: Apparently, they are separate.
