I don't think Humble should have launched their daily bundle spree with the Deep Silver Saint's Row / Dead Island bundle... that really gave the impression these would be meatier offerings. In retrospec if Humble had been... more humble in announcing they would have daily deals not as massive as their normal bundles then I don't think there'd have been as much backlash.

Even knowing now the dailies won't be great, it's still fun to see what pops up.

I'm happy to nab Paper Sorcerer for $1. With games like Paper Sorcerer and Spellcaster it really looks like Humble is starting to feature more true indies.

Grargar: Pretty good bundle. Too bad I already have Paper Sorcerer and Legend of Grimrock.
Edit: On second thought, I don't have the soundtracks. Hmmm...

stg83: But it still only has two games if you don't count the $10 tier, you guys really think this is a good bundle or are the expectation so low now that bundles like this will suffice?
I'm looking at it from the opposite end of the spectrum, but still equally disappointed. I want all the games combined to have a decent value. I've never participated in the $1.00 program and find it impossible to complain no matter what they put in that section. For me, its all about the "whole" bundle. At $10.00, today's bundle is not a good deal to me... most of them have not been.

Yes, that is definitely true the lowest and the highest tiers both have been utterly abysmal in these daily bundles.

I think the soundtrack for Legend Of Grimrock is just one song (Main Theme)... If you have the game on GOG or Steam, then you already have it (on Steam, the song is in the game's folder: http://steamcommunity.com/app/207170/discussions/0/846944052768514356/).
I didn't know Desktop Dungeons also had a DRM-free version, but $10 isn't that much of a bargain, when you already have the Steam version. How's Paper Sorcerer?

Interesting... I have the game here, but I thought that GOG only had a sample soundtrack. (Like they do with Giana Sisters for example). Thanks.

Apparently the devs just finished the stand-alone release recently, and wanted to place it on Humble store first to ensure that if there were problems that buyers would have Steam keys. Presumably this means it'll appear elsewhere (GOG maybe?) soon.

Not a fan of this at all. It is like the Banner Saga bundle without the actual game.

Suppose it is good for those interested in playing EVE Online though
Wha...I don't....

Ah. So now we're paying for a teaser package that will automatically switch into a paid subscription if we don't specifically opt out.

Yay?

Is this still "Pay What You Want", or rather "Pay What You Want first, and then we'll make you pay what WE want if you aren't careful"? ;)

For the record, since there's no Steam involved, it looks like you get the PWYW tier for as little as 1 cent rather than the usual 1$. Personally not really interested in MMORPGs, but if I was, EVE does seem like one of the better ones.

Thank you, fixing it now.
A contender for the worst daily bundle?
