I'm not sure if it ever was. I find no mention of it being removed from the "List of Games removed from Steam".
ShinyLoot also has it DRM-Free and GamersGate sells it with its own brand of "DRM-Free".

Hmm well you can still get Vanguard Princess in the Indiegala Monday bundle for $1 ATM so if you want Isuka and Vanguard it's cheaper to buy the Humble below BTA and the Indiegala bundle.

Valve and GG don't set the prices. The publishers are doing it and they're just trying to get a higher slice of pie on those stores because of their popularity.

Going with option B there, or the sudden pressure of having to devise new bundles every day for a couple weeks has caused some kind of mental overload that killed their common sense for a bit.
