Now that's a bunch of bullshit!
I had a look at a video. Looks like Shadowgrounds crossed with Bionic Commando in a really ugly way. Not interested.

wodmarach: reading that unless you plan on paying over $500 in one go it doesn't effect this at all other than the fact you have to have a card linked to the account to pay with.. (it only effects money going into the account you can't have any funds present in it nothing stops you linking a card to pay with

liquidsnakehpks: i have money but cant use it to purchase anything :(
"Any balance in and all future payments into your PayPal account may not be used to buy goods or services and must be transferred to your bank account in India within 7 days from the receipt of confirmation from the buyer in respect of the goods or services; and "
Into your account not out of your account basicly your not allowed a balance due to some weird indian banking law they brought in to stop you using paypal as a bank.

It could be interesting, but at any rate the source is already up. I'd expect there to be some interesting mods if it's really that bad. The engine does seem to have some promise.

I'm downloading the entire bundle via their torrent link, so hopefully I can help them out a bit on the bandwidth requirements.

Kind of nice to see somebody using bittorrent for a productive use. I don't really count Blizzard because they use a special program.
Been struggling with trying to pay for this via paypal. X.X

That's because paying less than a dollar is just rude. It's for charity, the least anyone could do is throw them a buck. :p

Was looking forward to it but I just noticed I already got Trine and Shadowgrounds Survivor with the gaming magazine I get. So I'll pass unless they add something up.

I need more time to play games. I'm very much behind :)

Getting a full game with a magazine sounds very... uh... suspect. >.>
<.<
Is it more expensive than a normal magazine?
Technically it's good bundle with 3 good games and two extras but I already own first three so I'm not sure if it worth for me to spend much on it. Frozenbyte IS a finnish company though so I'd like to support it if I can affort to... choises, choises...

How can any indie developer fail so hard?!

Actually, I was going to toss in 15 bucks. But for some reason, the paypal doesn't work. X.X I was going to donate most of the cash to the charity.

It's a prototype game, I'm guessing that they hadn't gotten to the point of adding other options. Plus, they're including the source so it shouldn't be too much work to get other options added.

To be fair, the game is an unfinished abandoned project, so they may have intended to add support for other control modes eventually, but just never got around to it. Since they also released the source, maybe some interested party will pick up the pieces and finish the game, including expanding the control methods.

EDIT - Damn! Ninja'd again!
