AdiJager: Small question: I have keys for steam and desura and i have allready entered steam key to my account. Now i don't see point to have the same games on both platform's. Can i now gift desura key to friend? Will this work?
Yes it works but so does sharing your download link with everybody on the internet. I don't think it is right to do either though. Better gift a bundle to your friend and contribute to charity.
I was thinking. Someone could take the Jack Claw source, and with a few key texture swaps, finish Manfred Trenz' Turrican 3D/"Thornado" game. Just look at these design notes and materials, and tell me it wouldn't be a far stretch. They've already got the grappling hook and battered city down.

lalowei: The top 5 donors are all separated by a one cent margin. :)

jlg6184: Not sure if you realized, but the top 5 are really just the top 2, Notch and Garry....
No i did not. Thanks for the "heads up".
Bit over 21 hours left so make your purchases now if you're still interested.

175,000 purchases totalling $880,000 thus far.
Let's break a million on this one, if anyone hasn't gone for it yet and is thinking about it:)

I highly doubt it'll reach that with just around $8000 in sales last 10 hours or so. It could still break the $900,000 barrier during these last 12 hours however.

I'm surprised they didn't break a million, that is a solid game collection after all. Though maybe most people, who wanted those all ready had those, being these games aren't newest of the new.

If you think about it from another perspective... One game is a tech demo, worthless to the player. Another is a pre-order which might end up being a terrible game since there is so little info about it. For Shadowgrounds, you already have Alien Swarm...

Trine is pretty much the main selling point (at least in my view). I highly doubt they;ll be able to get pass 900k.

Well there's still over 7 hours to go and only $6000 missing from $900,000 so it's certainly possible but million? No change in hell.

Those are exactly my thoughts too but I think that they will get a lot of money anyway because there is only one developer instead of five like in previous bundles.

True that. Frozenbyte is a pretty small company, so they might actually do almost as much as their whole yearly sales from Humble Bundle.
I actually did check it, and Frozenbytes sales revenue for 2009 was 699 thousand euros, so Humble Bundle is gonna treat them well.

Just remember part of the money goes to charities and maintenance of current and developement of future humble bundles so Frozen byte wont get it all. But even if they get just third of the whole pot, that certainly is more they'd have gained from the duration of the bundle. More likely it's more than they'd normally get from whole quarter. There's also the marketing value to think about.

They aren't really that small. In an interview I read a week ago, the guy being interviewed said that they currently have 35 people working at the company.

35 people in an indie game development workplace is not a small number!

If their revenue is 699,000 Euros and they employ 35 people either they can't pay very well or nearly all their revenue goes into payroll (I assume that's gross revenue, if that's after payroll then that's very good).
If I read the info correctly Frozenbyte did about 2300 euros profit in 2009. And what I've read they got about 20 full time employees.
