Small question: I have keys for steam and desura and i have allready entered steam key to my account. Now i don't see point to have the same games on both platform's. Can i now gift desura key to friend? Will this work?

Nope... well, not legally at least. The multiple keys are just in case you happen to use one service and not the other, but all the keys are your and yours alone.

Yeah, it's a little grey. You've been granted one license with multiple ways of accessing the games. It's a bit like if you bought a game and it came with two copies of the disc, one to use and one to keep as backup. Giving away the other code is like giving away your backup.
