I wonder why Cthulhu Saves the World requires Steam activation, it's available DRM-Free elsewhere.

Which version have you played? I've read that the PC version is just a poor port with bad UI & controls.

I've played the PC one (don't have an Android phone) and I liked it. It's not gonna be anyone's GOTY, but if you're a Lovecraft fan, you'll like it . Didn't find anything particularly bad about the UI or the controls .

I found the PC version to be a buggy, constantly-crashing mess with frustratingly imprecise UI and an enemy-spawn system that favors trial-and-error over genuine strategy. (Enemies magically appear near you when you reach certain predetermined locations, and can attack you immediately, so until you know where the spawn-points are it's hard to plan how to approach a level.)

It's a shame, I'm a huge Lovecraft fan and I really wanted to like it. If they release another patch, I might give it a second chance.

Interest appreciated, suspicions noted. Old Ones playing hell with our server on launch day now placated (fingers crossed) and act is together. Please do give it a go!
