I never thought I would pay for a bundle of games on gog (I prefer to buy games one at a time, for the sake of my already heavy backlog ) but this steampunk/cyberpunk bundle was too awesome to pass.

Well, my first GOG Xmas Sale purchase was made last night. Got the 75% off cyberpunk collection (Deus Ex 1+2, Thief 1+2+3, Anachronox). 5 of them were on my wishlist, and well, Anachronox looks interesting anyway.
Yay, I won another round at Survival Mode Shopping! So far I've managed to resist all daily promos! Who's still with me? :D
I've only bought one thing, The Real Texas.

Mostly because I hate the "BUY ALL, GET 75% OFF" deals. :(

Anachronox IS interesting. I loses some steam towards the end, but the characters are a crazy bunch. Still, DX for the win.

In contrast, I kinda like them. By now, I usually own them for the most part, so getting the missing pieces is cool.
Actually avoiding buying anything on the sale so far....

Yeah, but you could get them for the same price if it was a "BUY WHAT YOU WANT, GET 75% OFF" deal. ;)
Bought Chronicles of Riddick yesterday. Best deal yet.
Bought about 15 games so far, all from daily promos. And none of those was from my wishlist, so I will probably buy a few more.
Witcher 2,
Inquisitor,
Grimrock,
Riddick,
All Quests (well, without Space Quests which I already had).

True, during these christmas sale. Not so true, on any regular weekend sale.

Besides, the bundle deals tend to include more titles than the pick & mix deals, and that gives me more chances of one of the few titles still in my wishlist to get (extra) discounted.

I perfectly understand why it's a bad deal for many people, but it doesn't change the fact that it tends to be good for me.
My wallet was empty before GOG sales and is empty now XD
And will be empty until January,so no Steam X-Mas sale too
But I managed to get for free Nights on GreenmanGaming thanks to some credit I obtained from review,so I'm happy :)
Still havent got anything from GOG this time .....yet...
My wallet is just not surviving these holiday sales...I have purchased way too many games. Not sure how i will play them all.
So far so good. Got too many games on the backlog and my computer hard drive is filled with work, so can't download much anyway.
