Steam should also either calculate the differences between various currencies correctly, or return to the good old "USD in all regions" policy.
No need to make games overly expensive for non-American users. For example, MW2 (I don't want to buy it, anyway) costs 60€ for me.

I doubt it. Seeing as GOG is a niche market. At best, GOG gets the games that publishers are no longer trying to profit from. Therefore they're not concerned about not having DRM. Well, most of them aren't. The only way CD Projekt would make an impact is if they launched another digital distribution platform for modern games.

They could just expand GOG into an all encompassing service called GGIG (Good Games In General)

SG.com - Shovelware Games
An emporium of only the finest of crap games. Such classics like Elf Bowling, Crash Time, Big Rigs, Bus Simulator, and any Football Manager game made after 2007.
All DRM free, of course. You might think who the heck would buy this, but hey, Long Tail, right?

I already did a thread along these lines a while back and the general consensus was that it would be better if any expansion into the DD market be with an entirely separate site. GOGers want GOG to remain GOG. Something I agree with.

Also lose the mandatory activations, random account locking and let me have freedom concerning EXECUTABLES as well as datafiles.
